Offers and Delivery

• Written offers to churches, individuals, or companies are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
• In the event of force majeure, including illness or incapacity for work of one or more trainers or speakers, Crossing Point has the right to postpone the training, module, workshop, or equipping day to a later date or to cancel it. If payment has been made, consultation and reasonableness will be used to find a suitable compensation.
• Trainings, modules, workshops and equipping days will proceed with a reasonable number of participants, to be determined by Crossing Point. If canceled for this reason, paying participants will receive their money back within 5 business days.

Customer obligations

• Cancellation of a (paid) training, module, workshop, or orientation day is possible up to 2 calendar weeks before the start of the event in question. The full amount will then be refunded within 5 business days. For cancellations made with less notice, we will seek a reasonable solution, taking into account any damages incurred by Crossing Point.
• If training sessions, workshops, or equipping days are held at a location other than Grand Combin 2, 5624 NM Eindhoven, or Elburglaan 51, 5651 EH Eindhoven, the organization must provide facilities and provisions at that location, which will be included in the quote or agreement.
• If trainings, workshops, or equipping days are held at a location other than Grand Combin 2, 5624 NM Eindhoven, or Elburglaan 51, 5651 EH Eindhoven, and for any reason cannot take place, the organizer on-site, Crossing Point, must be informed as soon as possible. If Crossing Point has incurred costs for printing, materials, or otherwise, reasonable compensation will be sought.

Revoking gifts

• After donating via the payment options on www.crossingpoint.nl, we offer the possibility to revoke and request a refund of the donation within 5 working days by sending an email to info@crossingpoint.nl. The amount will be refunded within 10 working days.

Liability

• Physically purchased products (books, etc.) can be returned undamaged up to 14 days after purchase, with a full refund of the purchase price. Postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the product returner.
• Crossing Point is never liable for any physical or psychological injury to participants of training, modules, workshops, equipping days, or to clients receiving care from Crossing Point.
