Newsletter subscribers
Subscribers to our newsletter will receive it when there is relevant news. In this newsletter, we will inform you about our activities, their results, and may highlight new products. Participants in modules and training

To participate in our modules, training, and other activities, we request information to be able to reach participants. If necessary, the first and last name will be used to create name badges that participants wear during these activities. For registering for our activities, we record the following information: First name, last name, email address. Furthermore, we ask participants for their phone number and the name of the church congregation they may attend.

Photos and footage

Crossing Point uses images such as photos and videos related to training sessions and modules. This is very important to us to give people an impression of our work. We ask for permission from those involved beforehand to use photos and videos (in which they appear) on channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email, and potentially printed materials. Crossing Point will handle the recorded visual material with care.

Care recipients

It is possible to submit a care request through the website. For this, we ask for your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Furthermore, we ask for the name of the church community you may attend. This is so we can reach out to those requesting care and have some understanding of their background.  

When we provide care to people, all data is stored digitally on a highly secure server in a protected system, with access only granted to directly involved healthcare providers. 2. Use data

Crossing Point uses your data exclusively for

  • Communication purposes such as confirming a registration, a newsletter, or for other contact for the purpose of relationship management.
  • Regarding the matter at hand, sending invoices.
  • Internal management.
  • In care pathways, only by healthcare providers directly involved with an individual to ensure continuity and quality.
  • Performing an audit.

3. Transfer to third parties

Crossing Point does not give your personal data to third parties, unless it is required by a legal obligation to pass on personal data to competent authorities.

7. Retention Period

Crossing Point will delete personal data after set periods:

Newsletter subscribers
At the moment a subscriber unsubscribes from the newsletter, that person's email address will be removed from the system and deleted within 7 business days. This data will not be stored thereafter.

Participants in training courses and care modules
General data (first name, last name, city of residence, and email address) will be kept for a maximum of three years.

Care recipients

Following the completion of a care trajectory, substantive notes are deleted after six months. This is a timeframe within which we can reasonably expect that care can indeed be definitively concluded. General data (first name, last name, email address) will be retained for a maximum of three years.

8. Privacy Policy Update

Crossing Point reserves the right to amend this privacy policy. The privacy policy is updated at the end of each calendar month.
